IronMan Coeur d'Alene 2006

A few last things to take care of before heading to the Motherland! Just a dip in the lake (did I mention you have to move 2.4 miles while basking in the 65 degree water?) and an afternoon ride...if you call 112 miles and afternoon ride!


...oh yeah, and a walk in the park...that is, a 26.2 mile walk...hey, it was a big park! (Yes, I have still yet to 'run' a marathon, but I've completed 2.)




The fam...minus one (Jadyn got tired of waiting for dad to finish...what a slow poke! I think she's just gettin' old...I mean, c'mon, I finished 1.5 hours earlier than last year...and she was awake and waiting for me last year...gettin' old for sure!)


My bro...truly an IronMan in training...2020 is the current plan...as you can see, preparations are coming along quite nicely.

Our Anniversary...5 years & running

5 years...time flies...hiking in the Cascade Mts...Leavenworth, Washington. Beautiful country...beautiful weather...what an incredible creation!
